Air Travel
For air travel to the gathering; each “group” must formally make the request to Westjet and/ or Air Canada. We encourage you to contact other youth groups that live in your area to increase the number of seats available for purchase at the lowest possible rate.
Westjet
Westjet’s everyday low fares make travel affordable at any time for groups of 10 or more. Group reservations require only a $50 CAD/USD per person deposit. You may also wait until thirty (30) days prior to departure to provide guests’ names; name changes are also permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure at no additional charge. You may release 10% of your group without loss of deposit up to 30 days before departure.
