This booklet is meant to provide further information about Hands On, hopefully answer some questions you may have, and to assist you in the Home Team building process. As the Home Team Leader, please be sure to share all of the information contained in this booklet with your Home Team. You are welcome to photocopy as much of it as you wish to distribute to your youth and their parents. As materials contained herein will be important for you while you are in London, please bring this booklet with you to the Gathering.

Everything you need to know about registration is in the Hands On Pre-registration booklet. Each home team needs to download this document – it’s packed full of key information, and also contains the Covenant Agreement that each Home Team and Home Team Leader must fill out.

Registration
The cost is $300 per registrant – This covers meals*, and the gathering program. The initial registration deposit is $100 per registrant and is non-refundable.
*Breakfast is not included in the registration fee
Late registrations for Hands On are still being accepted to June 30, 2010. Please note that the late registration fee is $325 per person. All final payments must be received on or before June 30, 2010. Cheques post-dated June 30, 2010 are accepted.
*With Registration ending soon our Registrar Kristel Reminds you to:
- please remember to tell me where your Home Team is staying while in London on your Home Team Leader registration.
- send in Home Team Leader Covenants for all leaders (including Leaders-In-Training), found on page 27 of the pre-registration booklet.
- send your registrations in soon! Registration closes on May 31, 2010.
-Please Note: The Registrar is a volunteer. She works on registrations at home, during the evenings and weekends. She cannot be reached during the day, Monday to Friday. As such, it may take her up to 72 hours to respond to your message. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
