What time does the event start? When does it end?
Registration will be at the London Convention Centre from 11 am to 9 pm on THURSDAY, August 19, 2010. Their will be a Home Team Leaders Orientation at 2, with Welcome Activities for the Youth before the first LGG which begins at 4. The final LGG will end at 2 before everyone departs for home.
Upon registration you will receive a Gathering Booklet containing a full schedule of events.
Hi, I just have a quick question about the registration. Do hometeam leaders have to pay the $300 registration fee as well? Thanks.
Hometeam leaders do pay the same fee as they are able to participate in all the activities, forums, etc. of the gathering. This fee also pays for their lunch and dinners.
Looking into flights etc and it would help to know the time it all starts on the 19th and finishes on the 22nd.
The gathering starts at 8:30 Thursday morning with the large group gathering at 3:00 pm. On Sunday the large group gathering should be completed by 1:30 pm.
I was wondering about ordering t-shirts and bunnyhugs for our group. Is there a way to order t-shirts that are all individualized? It doesn’t seem possible to do that unless you order one at a time and then you have to pay $15 shipping for each order. Am I reading this right? Or is there a better way?
The company “Positive Identity” will be set up at the gathering and perhaps it would be a better solution to order at the gathering rather than paying for shipping.
