The Hands On Special Event will take you out of the city and out of the 21st Century! Get ready for some good old-fashioned fun, including music, dancing, sports and games. Come prepared to spend the afternoon outdoors, and bring a little spending money if you want to buy a sweet treat! You are automatically registered in this event according to which group your Home Team is apart of. Transportation to this event will be provided!

Now is the time to check out the options for your “Hands On” London Experience Opportunities.
As your home team considers what opportunity they would like to engage in on the afternoon given (participating in either a servant event or an excursion), please pay particular attention to those opportunities marked “PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED” as the numbers for these activities are strictly limited.
How To Preregister/Things To Remember When Registering:
- To Preregister for those indicated you MUST contact Lauren Haberer at londonexperience2010@gmail.com. Please use the subject heading “Clay 2010 London Experience Preregistration”, and provide the information needed below.
- When Preregistering please indicate your Home Team Number, the names of the participants in your Home Team (including leaders), and your teams first and second choices (refer to next point) as one event may become full before your registration is processed
- If the event you would like to attend does not indicate that preregistration is required please do not send in a preregistration
- Any fees listed with the event will be payed upon arrival of the respective venues and is NOT to be sent to the registrar.
- When preregistering for an event remember that you are signing up individual Home Teams and NOT your church group. This means that your church group will most likely be split up (if your church group contains more than one Home Team) between Special Event and London Experience on the same day. As well, if you have more than two Home Teams within your church group this means you can attend different London Experiences if your Home Teams so choose. Please refer to the Home Team Leaders Note below to see which day your Home Team will be attending the Special Event and London Experience.
- If you have any questions pertaining to the Hands On London Experience please send them to londonexperience2010@gmail.com and not the registrar. This is separate from the Gathering Registration as we have another volunteer taking care of the registration for the Hands On London Experience.
Home Team Leaders: If you have an odd home team number, you only register for a Friday London Experience as you will be attending the Special Event on Saturday. If you have an even home team number, you can only register for a Saturday London Experience as you will be attending a special event on Friday. No exceptions will be made. Odd home teams will have a red wrist band to identify their team and make sure they are in the right place at the right time. Similarly, even home teams will have a blue wrist band to identify their team and make sure they are in the right place at the right time. While at the gathering these wrist bands will serve as your CLAY I.D.
